What are Essential Oils?

Can oils be combined?


In Aromatherapy, oils have always been combined to enhance their benefits. When the word synergy is taking to it’s roots – “Syn” meaning together and “ergon” means work. A simple definition for “synergy” as used in aromatherapy is the working together of two essential oils that result in an effect greater than the sum of their individual effects.

Studies have shown essential oils to help prevent bacterial infections, improve sleep quality and reduce anxiety, and fight acne-causing bacteria.




How long do Essential Oils Last?


Most Essential oils last from atleast 2 years before they start to degrade.
